Junior Copywriter

Are you a detail-oriented wordsmith with a passion for storytelling, marketing strategy, and learning new things? Do you dream of writing content that actually gets used—in emails, websites, blogs, and campaigns that reach real people?

ARRC is looking for a Junior Copywriter to join our in-house marketing team. You’ll help bring our campaigns to life through compelling copy that speaks directly to MSPs (Managed Service Providers) and their unique challenges.

This is a rare opportunity to join a small, dynamic, and creative team where you’ll get to write across multiple formats, learn from seasoned marketers, and help grow a beloved brand with a loyal audience.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Write compelling, clear, and on-brand copy for:
    • Email marketing campaigns
    • Blog posts and articles
    • Landing pages and web updates
    • Social media captions
    • Direct mail and print collateral
    • Ad copy (digital and for print)
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on messaging strategy and campaign goals
  • Interpret creative briefs and apply voice/tone consistently across formats
  • Support copy development for special projects like Academy, Sales Lab, and webinars
  • Draft nurture sequences and follow-up emails based on funnel logic
  • Use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to support brainstorming, outlines, and first drafts
  • Proofread content and support quality assurance of all outbound marketing communications
  • Provide support with funnel-building, list segmentation, content publishing, etc.

Who You Are

  • A strong writer with 1–3 years of experience in marketing, copywriting, or content creation preferred (internships or freelance experience count!)
  • Able to write in different voices, tones, and formats with accuracy and empathy
  • Obsessed with clarity, headlines, flow, and avoiding fluff
  • Comfortable working with briefs, wireframes, and project management tools like ClickUp
  • Interested in marketing strategy, behavioral psychology, and persuasion writing
  • Curious, coachable, and collaborative
  • Bonus if you’ve worked in B2B, tech, SaaS, or IT-related industries
  • Extra bonus if you’re familiar with MSPs, ConnectWise, or the IT channel
