July 2011 - Knock, knock...Who's there? The ARRC NOC Team!
The recent expansion at ARRC Technology has allowed us to create a new functional environment for our Network Operations Center team (NOC). This is the specialized technical team trained to remotely support and monitor our clients' networks and service requests. Often just the voice on the other end of the line or a cursor moving on the screen, this team works over 250 service requests per week to keep our clients operational.

June 2011 - Here We Grow Again!
ARRC Technology has just completed a 10,000sf expansion to our current facility. Included in this growth is a new high tech training room designed to exclusively seat over 70 people, new offices for our sister company (CharTec), a state-of the art Network Operations Center for our remote support technicians and a dedicated assembly and quality control room.
