Our History
Humble Beginnings
ARRC Technology began with an initial investment of $300 in 1992. President Alex Rogers sold his only asset, a horse named Trooper for $300, borrowed an office and desk from a friend, and began cold calling from the yellow pages. These simple actions set the foundation for the values and beliefs of our company: work hard, give gratitude for the support you receive, and offer your clients only the best services and products delivered with an excellent experience. ARRC’s biggest growth factors are directly related to the loyalty we receive from our employees and customers by reinforcing these values and beliefs.

Always Evolving
The technology industry constantly changes. ARRC’s “hard-working” attitude has enabled the company to adapt to the demands of evolution required to stay competitive. The company originally began as a simple PC service and repair shop, evolved into a system design/builder, brought on networking and management, invested in telecommunications before VOIP hit the industry, and is now a fully operational Managed Service Provider. ARRC has carefully grown from one employee to over 40 with no venture capital investments or initial loans, even when others in our area and industry suffered from recessionary influences.
Great Employees
ARRC’s investment and gratitude for the support of employee and staff is a large factor of growth. Employees are cross trained in the different industries served: computers, networking, telecommunications, and structured cabling. Resources and training are provided from ARRC—the company even has it’s own internal training courses and materials. Additionally, the employees are rewarded for the relationships and loyalty they create with customers, not the amount of money extracted. The result is loyal, solid customer relationships based on the trust and knowledge of the employees. Profit for the company is simply a side effect of great employees delivering an excellent experience to a loyal customer base.
The ARRC Experience
Creating and delivering the “ARRC” experience is really the essence of our growth factor. The company manages all aspects of the computer, networking, telecommunication, structured cabling and support. Their clients do not want to deal with the headaches that mismanaged IT can cause. They just want to run their businesses. By continually reinvesting resources such as time, money, and effort back into the company and the experience it provides, ARRC has managed to outgrow competitor and industry standards across the board.
